Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Nomad Tax Protocol website, our coaching sessions, and any digital products or guides we sell. By using the site or purchasing a product, you agree to them.

1. What we are — and what we are not

Nomad Tax Protocol provides educational coaching and strategy support for internationally mobile individuals and small businesses. We are not a law firm, CPA firm, registered tax agent, or licensed financial advisor. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting or investment advice. Always confirm any decision with a licensed professional in your jurisdiction before acting on it.

2. Purchases and pricing

Prices are shown in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise and are payable up front. Once a coaching session is booked or a digital guide is delivered, the sale is treated as final except where required by law or as described in the refund section below.

3. Refunds

If you are unhappy with a coaching session or a digital guide, email us at hello@nomadtaxprotocol.com within 14 days of purchase and we will work with you in good faith to find a fair outcome, which may include a partial or full refund.

4. Licence to use guides

When you buy a guide or library, we grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to read and download it for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish our content, in whole or in part, without written permission.

5. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity on your account. Please let us know quickly if you suspect unauthorised access.

6. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to break the site, scrape content in bulk, misuse our systems, or use our services for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Nomad Tax Protocol is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, our coaching or our guides. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the business evolves. Material changes will be reflected here, with a new "last updated" date.
