Last updated: 22 July 2026
This page is maintained by Nomad Tax Protocol to explain what personal information we collect when you use our website, coaching services, and downloadable guides, and how we use it. It is written in plain language and reflects our current practices.
Information we collect
- Account data: your email address when you sign in or create an account.
- Order data: your name, email, country and the products you purchase.
- Booking data: what you tell us on the strategy call form.
- Technical data: basic device, browser and usage information for analytics and security.
How we use it
- To deliver the coaching, guides and downloads you paid for.
- To respond to your questions and schedule calls.
- To send transactional emails (order confirmations, magic links, access details).
- To improve the site and detect abuse.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run the business: a hosting and database provider, a payment processor for card and bank transfers, and an email provider for transactional messages. Each processes your data only to deliver its part of the service. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and analytics
We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure aggregate usage. You can control cookies via your browser and via the cookie banner shown on your first visit.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@nomadtaxprotocol.com.
Retention
We keep order and account records for as long as required by applicable tax and accounting rules, and delete or anonymise other data when it is no longer needed.
